Perfect Location: The hotel's proximity to the train station and major attractions made it convenient for exploring the city. We were able to easily walk to all the places we wanted to see, including the river and the Duomo. Comfortable and Clean Rooms: The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and everything was kept nothing messy. It was a pleasure to relax in such a cozy environment after a long day of exploring. Great Breakfast: The hotel provided a complimentary breakfast with a decent selection of choices. It was a nice way to start the day and fuel up before heading out to explore.

Inadequate Air Conditioning: the air conditioning was not up to par and struggled to cool the room during the hot summer days.

I had a fantastic stay at a centrally located residence in Florence. The quadruple room for my family of 4 was spacious, clean, and had 2 bathrooms. We were able to walk to all the major attractions like the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. The staff, especially Mr Mazare, was helpful and provided great recommendations. The included breakfast was delicious and had everything we needed to start our day. I highly recommend staying at this residence in Florence.

Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the surrounding houses. The staff was incredibly welcoming and always ready to assist with our questions and recommendations. The breakfast provided was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel offered a helpful luggage storage service for our convenience.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the location was fantastic - just a short walk away from all the main attractions and surrounded by great restaurants. Secondly, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities we needed. I also loved the fact that breakfast was included in the price, allowing us to start our day off right without any extra cost.

All was great, no complaints whatsoever.
